I have learned so many tools and supportive practices through my tenure of being in the corporate world for over 15 years. I have led teams and built a marketing department for a Fortune 500 company.
I combine my corporate experience with my certification in Positive Psychology, along with spiritual practices in Druidism, Shamanism, and energy healing.
