My name is Meghan Walsh

I have gone through the ups and downs of trying to find sustainable motivation. This is what first led me to create this challenge. 

​

I have learned so many tools and supportive practices through my tenure of being in the corporate world for over 15 years. I have led teams and built a marketing department for a Fortune 500 company. 

​

I combine my corporate experience with my certification in Positive Psychology, along with spiritual practices in Druidism, Shamanism, and energy healing.

​

The practices and tools I teach help you create a mindset shift. They also uncover the underlying causes of procrastination, allowing you to transform them.​

This motivational challenge was exactly what I needed to help me live in a more aligned and intentional way.

 

Oftentimes when life gets busy and there's a lot of noise circulating, I lack finding an accountable way for meaningful progress, this challenge helped me refocus.

 

I looked forward to receiving these emails everyday as a helpful reminder on what I to cultivate and pay attention to in my day.

 

The layering of these practices over 21 days helped mood, my relationships, and outlook on life. I especially loved Meghan's meditations as her calming energy created a beautiful space for growth.

I took the motivational challenge and it proved very useful. I am retired and it is very easy to get into a rut utilizing bad habits.

 

For instance, before the challenge I would come downstairs in my housecoat, make coffee and sit and watch news, late night shows on YouTube and before I knew it the morning was lost.


Being motivated created new energy to do yoga stretches, some weight arm exercises and sit-ups immediately when I woke. It gave me more energy to then shower and dress before going down stairs. It encouraged me to go for a walk instead of sitting in front of the TV.


The daily reminders were most helpful to keep me on track.
